Healthcare Management is a specialised field focusing on the planning, organisation, leadership, and control of human, financial, and technical resources in healthcare and medical service organisations. Through a research-based approach, the programme analyses and improves management processes in hospitals, healthcare centres, insurance organisations, and public health institutions.

  • Completion of research activities equivalent to 120 ECTS
  • Publication or acceptance of at least one scientific paper in a recognised journal
  • Successful defence of the Master’s thesis

  • Advanced research proposal relevant to healthcare management

  • Completion of research activities equivalent to 180 ECTS
  • Publication or acceptance of at least two scientific papers in recognised peer-reviewed journals
