The goal of this memorandum is to establish an international scientific, educational, and research agreement, enhance cooperation and coordination between universities, and create more opportunities for scientific and research interactions. In this regard, International TITU University, Belgium is prepared for international collaboration with universities worldwide. It is hoped that this scientific, educational, and research agreement will accelerate the achievement of international university goals.
